MaaVaishno Devi

MaaVaishno Devi Mandir is a cave where the Goddess is adored in the form of a 5 feet rock having a 3-headed top. These three heads are known as Pindies, each representing the three blessed forms of Goddess Shakti.

Brajeshawari Devi Temple

Brajeshwari Devi Mandir is situated in the old Kangra town. It is said to have been built over the burned breasts of Sati. A mosque was made on the remains and a stronghold was left behind. 35 years later, the local king regained its ownership.

Chamunda Devi

Maa Jawala Ji

This famous place of pilgrimage is accessible from kangra (35 Km) as well asDharamsala (56 Km). The ancient temple, built against a forestedbranch, has a dome that was glided by Maharaja Ranjit Singh. Pilgrims consider an immortally burning flame emanating from a hollow rock in the sanctum to be a manifestation of goddess Devi and It is one of the Shaktipeeths. The goddess is manifest here as tiny blue flames and worshiped as such. There is a musical fountain here which is a pleasure to watch during nights.
